"Well, when i was first called to this project, i had no idea what it was all about. It all began when Marcelo requested a translator for a telephone conference; I was assigned to him, and helped him through it. After that I had thought my job was done, a mistake I don’t regret. When Pankaj and Derya first arrived on Monday, September 27th , their translators hadn’t yet been chosen. I went in to cover for it, and slowly found myself every day, every hour, every minute more dragged into it, and now I feel like I’m part of this team, and I’m not only glad, but proud to be part of it. As for my first impressions, booth Pankaj and Derya seem to be very nice, incredibly professionals, but without losing their human part, each one in its own way, while Pankaj is a more Family person, Derya is more a people person, with great interest in making everyone participate and be as active as possible. "
